3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Free and Trial Plans: We may offer trial periods or free tiers with limited functionality. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions or expire as stated during signup.
4.2 Paid Subscriptions: Premium features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat). By subscribing, you agree to their payment terms.
4.3 Renewals and Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellations must be managed through your mobile device settings or account dashboard.

You retain ownership of the data you input (contacts, business cards). You grant BizCard Pro a license to host and process this data to provide the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities or to upload harmful content.
6. AI and OCR Disclaimer
Our OCR and AI features aim for high accuracy but are provided "as is." We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in data extraction. Users are responsible for verifying extracted information before saving or sharing.

BizCard Pro, including its logo, design, and software, is the exclusive property of its creators and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizCard Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
